AgentWiki offers dual organizational paradigms: hierarchical structure (folders) and cross-cutting categorization (tags).

Folder Management

• Nested Hierarchy: Create unlimited depth subfolders to group related documents.
• Drag-and-Drop: Reorder documents and folders seamlessly in the sidebar.
• Path-Scoped API Keys: Restrict specific AI agents to read or write only within a designated folder tree (folder:read with path scopes).

Multi-Tagging

• Assign up to 20 tags per document.
• Filter search results and knowledge graph views by multiple simultaneous tags.
