Common Issues & Resolutions

1. 401 Unauthorized

  • Cause: Missing, invalid, or expired API key or JWT token.
  • Fix: Verify Authorization: Bearer aw_... header syntax and check API key expiration at app.agentwiki.cc/settings/api-keys.

2. 403 Forbidden (Sandbox Access)

  • Cause: Attempting to call production write, billing, or secrets endpoints using an ephemeral sandbox token.
  • Fix: Authenticate with a production API key (aw_...).

3. Upload Failed (413 / File Too Large)

  • Cause: Uploading a file exceeding the 100MB ceiling.
  • Fix: Compress or split large archives before upload.
